Here are just a few client's comments: "My name is Al Mingo I live and work as a Chief of Police for a midsize city in SW Michigan. Recently I purchased a home in Lakeland, Florida. Most of the negotiating was performed long distant. In February my wife and I was in the Lakeland area home shopping. After we found a home suitable for us and one that was within our budget, we made an offer.
After returning home we searched the internet for a credible home inspector to inspect our potential home for flaws. My search on the internet led me to "Chief Home Inspections" - Richard Hyland. With much apprehension and prayer, we selected to go with Rich. This project could have been a financial disaster for us. It was extremely important that whomever we selected go above and beyond his/her call of duty.
Our experience was extremely delightful. Rich was much more thorough then we could have ever expected. He inspected our home square inch by square inch, pointed out every flaw and provide us with a detail report. He explained the seriousness of his findings and which area needed our immediate attention. He also made himself available for questions and calls after we moved in. Much of our retirement money would be devoted to this project and we could not afford to go wrong.
I would strongly recommend Richard Hyland to anyone and I'll give my personal guarantee that you will be completely satisfied. Al Mingo"
"We want to thank you again for putting this list together for us. We successfully worked with the owner and he came down to our asking price. The inspection, your quick turnaround and your keen attention to detail were very appreciated. We will keep in touch and plan to utilize as well as recommend your company to others.

"We arrived at the condo and Chris was there with a few people finishing up the list of items you had identified. We did another walk thru with him, and were able to close on time.
